Hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association, the Sales & Marketing Awards program honors Builder, Remodeler & Associate Members of the New Jersey Builders Association who have made major contributions to the home building industry. Winning a SAM Award carries prestige which can be capitalized upon by MARKETING, USING, and DISPLAYING the award.
In 2014, the Council announced a new category – the Above & Beyond Community Service award. This award was designed to give recognition to an NJBA member whose efforts contributed to a not for profit driven service, event or project for the overall benefit of a Community, Organization or Individual. The first ever recipient of the award was Chris Gaffney of Toll Brothers for his work with Covenant House, a nonprofit charity serving homeless youths across the Americas. In 2015 this honor was awarded to PulteGroup’s Built to Honor™ program which was launched to recognize and thank returning military personnel who had been injured during their term of service by providing mortgage-free homes to veterans and their families. PulteGroup achieved its goal to build 20 homes for wounded veterans and their families across the country. Join these esteemed leaders who are passionate about serving others.
