Hamilton, NJ – Online booth sales are open for the 61st Annual Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC), taking place April 14-16, 2010 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The ABC is the mid-Atlantic region’s largest and most influential building, construction and remodeling industry trade show and conference, with more than 600 exhibits showcasing a diverse range of products and services, 9,000 attendees, plus a multitude of educational seminars and special events. With its central and desirable location of Atlantic City, the ABC attracts the industry’s best and brightest – whether as exhibitors, attendees, sponsors or presenters.

The theme for this year’s show is “Changing Tides with ABC” which reflects the changing economic climate as well as the “renovation” of the ABC tradeshow and conference.

ABC Committee Chair, Eileen Monesson, explained, “The ABC has reinvented itself for 2010 with an infusion of fresh ideas, an even more inviting exhibit floor and atmosphere, valuable networking events, plus plenty of energy and excitement. Those who actively participate in the ABC will realize a measurable return on their investment, even within these challenging economic times.”

Monesson continued, “The ABC has developed numerous programs to increase the value of participation for exhibitors, as well as decrease the overall cost of attending the convention. The importance, reputation and tremendous opportunity to develop new business make ABC an event not to be missed!”

Each year, the ABC draws thousands of participants from a six-state region. These participants include residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers and subcontractors, plus a variety of consulting professionals including architects, accountants, attorneys, engineers and building materials suppliers. All represent industry leaders – builders and affiliated professionals from businesses and organizations large and small.

The Atlantic Builders Convention offers an abundance of networking, professional development, education and marketing opportunities which are all essential for success – especially during these challenging times. In addition to the lively trade show floor, the ABC offers a variety of informative demonstration clinics, plus educational seminars which feature timely information about housing market trends, government policies and technical developments – many providing professional, continuing education credits.

Approximately 50% of the available exhibit space for the 2010 ABC has already been sold. A map of the floor plan showing available booth space – including links to information about pricing, exhibitor space agreements and related forms – is available online at http://www.abconvention.com/floorplan.php. A new feature for ABC 2010 is a trade show floor plan which highlights these special sections: green building, technology, multi-dwelling and remodeling exhibits.

Participants agree that exhibiting at the ABC is a good investment.

“ABC 2009 was one of the best shows ever. The people who came were quality,” shared Nola Zusi, Publisher of Builder/Architect.

NJBA President Michael Karmatz said,” The Atlantic Builders Convention has a well-deserved reputation for its ability to embrace and adapt to an evolving marketplace, the caliber of the participants it attracts year after year, the cutting-edge products and content it features, the quality of the events it hosts, and its overall consistency in producing and delivering such a successful, valuable and worthwhile show.”
