The New Jersey Builders Association is a professional trade association comprised of Builders and Associates (Remodelers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, lending institutions and others involved in housing and building-related fields.) Our priorities have been the promotion, protection and improvement of the building industry in New Jersey. The housing industry in New Jersey is one the most heavily regulated in the nation. As an industry we face many challenges in insuring that our members can do business in New Jersey and maintain and improve their own livelihood and future, while providing families the American Dream of Home Ownership.
