- October 10, 2008 - Deadline for Seminar Submission Proposals
- December 15, 2008 - Deadline for submission of moderator/speaker data for approved programs only. Click here to fill out and submit the form.
- January 14, 2009 - Moderators and Speakers will receive ABC instructions and procedures packet.
- February 13, 2009 - Deadline for Audio Visual Requests and submission of each speaker’ biography and signed release form. Download form.
